drunkencynic's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- cast the world is a stage, but the play is badly cast this list contains everyone you will ever hear about in my diary, with hopefully some humor injected in, to make it more palatable (though most likely just cynicism). please excuse the mess, i cannot figure out how to arrange the people in my life. some people are included in the picture gallery (link to your right, under voyeurism) Me: narcisstic and self-deprecating by turns, love to sing opera, perform in plays, read, write, eat, sleep (all of which I do wonderfully well, of course. well, eating and sleeping anyway). a bit of a nymphomaniac. extremely receptive to excessive praise. self-esteem issues. i can be quiet when i'm nervous or angry but i can also make a total idiotic ass of myself. frequently, in fact. well, enough about me, how about the people who drift in and out of my life? JR: my Boyfriend. (auuugh!) this is, obviously, a recent development. he is wonderful and perfect and adorable and smart and handsome and sexy and hilarious and drives a sweet car to boot. we have a long history of cheating with each other on our resepective significant others, and finally realized (well, i realized first, and he came around) that we couldn't not have each other. Heidi: ex-girlfriend of the former. Elena: Best Friend. we've known each other for around thirteen years. we've been through everything, and I adore her. Mom, Dad, Frank: Parents. mine are divorced, and my mom remarried, so i have three opinions now. Calaandra, Lexz, Annabelle, Grace: Sisters. step: 13 and 11, half: 2 1/2 and 7 mo. all adorable. we get mistaken for a 'whole' family. people say it's the big eyes. Elana: not to be mistaken for Elena...met Elana in my mom's class...crazy girl. the most randomly hilarious person i know. Carson and Roberta: Singing Teacher and Pianist, respectively. lovely people. very nice, very pious, very talented. my singing is much improved due to them. Thomas: Ex-Boyfriend. liar. mechanic. klepto. schizo. i did the severing- and talked about it a lot. used to be my Achille's heel.
Dylan, Brandon, Kala, Sam, Leif, Fred, Osa, Brendon: The Boys. yes, they all have personalities, very distinct and large ones too, but they're not very important. they may show up though. for future reference: Sam's the green-eyed conceited one who plays guitar and masturbates a million times a day and talks about it even more, Dylan's the coke addict/alcoholic who generally loves himself, Kala's the annoying one who thinks he's brilliantly profound and never shuts up, Leif's the nice one with miles of hair and not a lot of personality, Trev's the one who tells dead baby jokes and spouts off random information at an inhuman rate, Brandon's the quiet surfer, Fred's the horny bastard who can't get my name right but always says hi regardless, Osa's the shy one. Danny: nice. i'm getting to talk to him more, and he's not bad. cocky, intelligent, goofy, fun to insult. left for college. Jenna and Will: Uber Couple. adorable to the point of nauseating. nice, though. Jenna's a chronic flirt, which can be annoying. both left for different colleges. Anna and Alanna: dubbed the Terrible Twins by yours truly. bitchy, petty, irreversibly hideous and plagued by other people's business. now rarely seen together. guess their bitchiness extended to each other. Adrienne: Chorus Director. petty and jealous. musically educated and talented. good chorus director, bad personal life. Felicity: The Director. she directs most things. British, always slightly distracted and flitty-ish. very sweet. motherish.
Michelle and Darren: Dad's Girlfriend and Girlfriend's Son, respectively. she used to be a model. sweet, sometimes not all there. he's touchy-feely and kind of annoying to put it mildly. Kippy: Dad's (ex)Girlfriend's Mom: wonderful. wonderful wonderful wonderful. i adore this woman. she is so incredibly kooky and sweet. bloooooonnde. Milo: Ex-boyfriend. the first. was incredibly in love. i messed up. shit happens. he hates my guts and would not speak to me if i were the last soul on earth.
Evan, Joe, Josh: Friends of Thomas. like all FOT's, they dislike me immensely.
Chelsea: Manager. tough-girl attitude, thisclose with the boss. heart 'o gold. goofy and sweet. Sarah Magrath: Boss. warmish, motherish. very smart and honest. likes music, has never seen the princess bride or the little mermaid. Barney Magrath: Boss's Hubby. pussy-whipped. very thoughtful, nice, businesslike. i get feelings of pervertedness from him, but he's never done or said anything other than acknowledged his agreement of a customer's comment about my looks. Sasha, Nani, Jenna, Mary, Alana, Sarah Nutt, Kate: Assorted Coworkers. you might hear about them. Nancy: The Girls' Mother. my stepsisters' mother. bitter, can be bitchy, can be nice, eccentric, yoga and dance teacher, very very weird. childish. Rebecca: The Replacement. also often referred to as 'purple hair' or PH for short...she was often the source of my agony and confusion, without ever having physically entered my life. powerful chick, that one. described by my fucking ex boyfriend- her new boyfriend- as 'nice, sweet, and innocent'. polar opposite of me of course. :) recent developments have revealed that she is quite delightfully hideous. update: she dumped him for reasons that are unclear but quite imaginable. Lucifer: The Devil Cat. pretty self-explanatory. for some reason he hasn't managed to worm his cuddly little way into my heart. his moniker is all too fitting. Steve: Coffee Shop Owner. very nice, endlessly trying to recruit me. dog Mocha. Ian and Nick: The Leading Men. in Much Ado About Nothing. mine and Elena's, respectively. Anthony: works at the coffee shop. acts very gay, yet says provocative comments. very nice. girlfriend Jessica. Evey: (yes, it is spelled that way. i have written proof). also works at the coffee shop. very bohemian, go-with-the-flow, hippie, potsmoking kind of girl. really sweet. psychic too! update: left for Portland ("somewhere where the people are more open-minded, you know?") Michael Bray: intertwined with the theater. sometimes directs, sometimes choreographs, sometimes acts. gay in a bah-humbug sort of way, very cynical, very hilarious. he's played my father in a few shows. Robyn and Lehr: veteran community theater players. very nice, very talented. i played opposite Lehr once, in An Ideal Husband. they're married, with a daughter, Autumn. Mike: considered possibility. waiter. ten years older. The Twins: Maddy and Kate. Sweet, terminally giggly. Maddy's the more down-to-earth one and Kate's the flirty boy-crazy one. Paul (and Peter, his brother): Californian i met on the beach. John: often referred to as 'Big John'. we have no Little John, he's just big. He reminds me a lot of frankenstein's monster from Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein. in an adorable way, of course. he is bipolar, though, and tends to vacillate from one extreme emotion to the other, which i suppose is the definition of the condition. sweet as hell, and hilarious in his own subtle way. ...if i meet or think of new people i'll add them... 1:38 p.m. - 2003-02-04 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
